Project Overview

Bloop was commissioned to bring NEPL’s four-decade legacy to life through a fully immersive exhibition stall at Indus Food 2024. The scope included end-to-end creative execution — from 3D stall design and layout planning to panel design, branding elements, and on-ground display strategy. The stall was designed to strike the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, with thoughtful zoning to highlight NEPL’s diverse range of products while reinforcing its position as an industry leader in storage and material handling equipment. Special attention was given to reflecting the brand’s 40 years of industrial expertise through clean, confident design, brand-led messaging, and impactful visual storytelling.

D-Day Execution

The final setup at Indus Food stood as a seamless translation of planning into presence. Bloop ensured flawless coordination with fabrication teams, last-mile detailing of all design elements, and a consistent brand experience across every visible touchpoint. The stall featured custom panel graphics, strategically placed product showcases, and a space that welcomed interaction without clutter. With tight timelines and a high-stakes venue, the project was delivered on schedule — reinforcing NEPL’s credibility while setting a new standard for event-led brand activation in the B2B industrial space.
