The existing website lacked alignment with the school’s ethos. We completely rewrote the content to reflect Darwin’s educational philosophy, redesigned the parent journey, added a dedicated Admissions Strategy page, and optimised forms and CTAs to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.

Rather than chasing cold leads, we introduced a paid open house model. Parents could register for in-person campus visits by paying a nominal ₹1,500 fee. This strategy successfully filtered casual interest and attracted highly committed parents who engaged deeply with the school environment during guided tours.

With the funnel in place, targeted Meta campaigns were launched to scale reach and fill open house slots. Ads were carefully timed and geo-targeted to reach parents during key admission windows. Remarkably, revenue generated through open house registrations fully covered the ad spend, making the entire campaign self-sustaining.
