Project Overview

In 2018, Rao Consultants hosted one of Gujarat’s most anticipated foreign education fairs, aimed at connecting aspirants with global universities, visa experts, and education advisors. With an established reputation in the education and immigration space, the event needed to go beyond a typical information fair and instead create an environment that built trust, sparked curiosity, and positioned Rao as a category leader. Our task was to translate this vision into cohesive on-ground branding that delivered clarity, credibility, and scale.

Scope & Planning

Our scope extended across designing the visual identity of the fair, developing engaging space branding, and creating print-ready collaterals for every attendee touchpoint. We focused on layout planning, directional signage, university booth backdrops, registration desk branding, and large-format communication panels. From planning the visitor journey to maintaining visual consistency throughout the venue, every design element was tailored to support an informative yet aspirational experience for students and parents alike.

The 'D-Day'

The event saw a footfall of hundreds of students across the day — from early walk-ins to scheduled counseling sessions. On-ground branding played a crucial role in maintaining flow and engagement, with strategically placed university panels, bilingual communication boards, and a well-branded registration zone. The venue was a visual extension of the Rao Consultants brand — informative, well-structured, and future-focused. The fair not only enabled real-time conversations but also left a lasting impression that elevated Rao’s presence in the education consulting landscape.
